Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on every order, worldwide. No minimum required.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?

Email us at support@naptapstore.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, we may not be able to intercept or redirect your shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide from our international fulfillment warehouse. Please note that customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply upon arrival in your country — these are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us at support@naptapstore.com to initiate a return.

My item arrived damaged or defective. What happens?

We're so sorry to hear that. Email us at support@naptapstore.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll issue a full refund within 5–7 business days once the return is received.

Can I get a partial refund without returning the item?

Yes. If you'd prefer to keep the product, we offer a 20% partial refund of your purchase price. Just email us and we'll process it right away.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Your bank may add a few additional days on their end.
